Every morning, before the sun rises, hundreds of “jimadores” spread throughout the fields around the town of Tequila, to collect the heart of the blue weber agave plant. This work mark the rithm of their lives.

Cada mañana, antes de que salga el sol, cientos de jimadores se esparcen por los campos de alrededor del pequeño pueblo de Tequila, para recoger los corazones del agave weber azul. Este trabajo marca el ritmo de sus vidas.
